Fixed clamps listed on this website
are clamps used to bolt the Qube E linear unit body to a
desired location on a machine or manufacturing line.
Normally, two identical clamps are installed, one at
either end to securely attach the Qube E body for
optimal performance of the motion clamp.
In some installations, two different clamps may be
required at both ends of the Qube E linear body to make
a solid connection to the machine. A fixed clamp at one
end, plus a fixed clamp at the other end would provide a
secure installation of the linear body at both
horizontal and vertical points. Additionally, in some
installations it may only be possible to use one fixed
clamp to attach the linear body.
Fixed clamps used to bolt Qube E linear units are
standard off-the-shelf industrial clamps shown in the
clamp section of this website. The only difference is
that they are painted black. |
