SQ-II MT Technical Description

Two parallel guide shafts (2) and the guide profile (3) form the main body of the profile linear unit SQ-II MT.
A rotating movement, directly introduced through the pulley box (15) of the guide table (13), is converted into the linear positioning movement,.

Timing Belt

GT/HTD timing belt with steel insert:
pitch: 5mm
width: 12 mm (MT 30)
20 mm (MT 40, 40x80)
25 mm (MT 50, 50x100)

GT/HTD timing belt with steel insert:
pitch: 8mm
width: 28mm (MT 60, 60x120)
40mm (MT 80x160)

Pulley Box

AlMgSi, black power coated. Connection surface plain

Guide Table

Extruded aluminum, clear anodized.

Guide Profile

Profile, clear anodized. Guide shafts are mounted onto the guide profile by means of a shaft housing profile.

Guide Shafts

Heat-treated steel, inductively hardened. Surface hard-chrome plated HRC 62

Bearing	Shaft bearing: single-row sealed grooved ball bearing. Guide table bearing: 4 sealed rollers (corresponds to a double row angular contact bearing).

Fixation of the Linear Unit	Occurs through slot stones set into the guide profile
