SQZ-II Technical Description

Two parallel guide shafts (6) and the guide profile (3) form the main body of the profile linear unit SQZ-II.
     A rotating movement is converted into the linear movement of the guide table (12) by means of a timing belt (2).

Timing Belt GT/HTD timing belt with steel insert:
 pitch: 5mm
 width: 8 mm (SQZ 30)
           11 mm (SQZ 40, 40x80)
            25 mm (SQZ 60, 60x120)           
GT/HTD timing belt with steel insert:
pitch: 8mm
width: 28mm (SQZ 80x160)
          40mm (SQZ 80)
 

Pulley Boxes AlMgSi, black power coated. Connection surface non-painted

Guide Table Extruded aluminum, clear anodized.

Guide Profile Profile from the profile systems, clear anodized. Guide shafts are mounted onto the guide profile by means of a shaft housing profile.

Guide Shafts Heat-treated steel, inductively hardened. Surface hard-chrome plated HRC 62

Bearing Shaft bearing: single-row sealed grooved ball bearing. Guide bearing table: 4 sealed rollers (corresponds to a double row angular contact bearing).

Fixation of the Linear Unit Occurs through tapped holes on the lower side of the pulley box or through slot stones into the guide profile.
