PLZ_II Technical Description

Two parallel guide shafts (10) form together with a special guide profile (3) the body of the linear unit PLZ-II.
     A rotating movement is converted into the linear movement of the guide.

Timing Belt GT/HTD timing belt with steel insert:
 pitch: 5mm
 width: 12mm (PLZ 30)
            15mm (PLZ-i 50)
             20mm (PLZ40, PLZ-i-60)
             25mm (PLZ 50)
             30mm (PLZ-i 80)
GT/HTD timing belt with steel insert:
pitch: 8mm
width: 28mm (PLZ 60)
          40mm (PLZ 80)
pitch: 3mm
width: 6mm (PLZ-i 30*)
          9mm (PLZ-i 40*)
*with Glascord insert 

Pulley Boxes AlMgSi, black power coated. Connection surface non-painted

Guide Table Extruded aluminum, clear anodized.

Guide Shafts Heat-treated steel, inductively hardened. Surface hard-chrome plated HRC 62

Bearing Shaft bearing: single-row sealed grooved ball bearing. Guide bearing table: 4 sealed rollers (corresponds to a two-row angular contact bearing).

Fixation of the Linear Unit Fixation by means of fixing plates or by screwing the pulley box onto existing contructions.
