Multiline II Technical Description

Two parallel arranged guides rails (3) or guidance waves form together with the guidance profile (4) in the basic body of the Multiline over a toothed belt (2). A rotation movement is converted into a linear positioning movement of the guidance carriage converted (7). With the Multiline stand with the casters and ball rails guidance two to the selection.

Timing Belt

GT/HTD timing belt with steel insert:
pitch: 8 mm
width: 60 mm

Pulley Boxes

AlMgSi, black anodized

Guide Table

AlMgSi 0.5, balck anodized

Guide Profile

Extruded aluminum, clear anodized

Guide Shafts

Heat-treated steel, inductively hardened. Surface hard-chrome plated HRC 62

Bearing	Shaft bearing: single-row sealed grooved ball bearing. Guide table: 4 sealed rollers (corresponds to a double row angular contact bearing).

Fixation of the Linear Unit	Fixation by means of tapped holes on the side of the pulley box or by means of slot stones in the guide profile.
