ESP - Inserting Profile for Wire Mesh
 
Features:
• special profile for the insertion of wire meshes,
  (size 30 for 30x30x3, size 40 for 40x40x4)
• appealing design and easy to clean thanks to profile
   visible surfaces without long slots

Clamping Profiles The clamping strip is pressed against the surface element by means of clamping screws. Thus, sturdy fitting and problem-free absorption of tolerances in panel thickness are guaranteed.
Included in delivery: basic profile, screw (distance between bore
                                 holes approximately 200mm)

Modular System
 
The modular system concentrates on essential aspects i.e. the protective function and the assembly with minimum time expenditure.
 
Features:
• easy, quick assembly directly on site
• rapid assembly and disassembly of single frames
  e.g. for machine maintenance
• can be assembled at any desired angle and is
   therefore optimally adjustable to any particular
   condition
• frames with the same lattice dimensions are
   interchangeable
Widths: center-to-center distance between the pillars

Proceeding
 
1. Planning
 
a) Fix the required lengths
Example: a machine measuring 5.50m x 3.50m must be provided with a protection system. Considering the safety distances the results is a rectangle of approx. 6m x 4m.
 
b) Now, with the aid of different module dimensions the design of the protection system can be fitted for particular requirements. In our example we adopted the following solution:
4 m side = 2 x 2.0 m module
6 m side = 4 x 1.5 m module
Number of pillars = 12
 
 
 

 

 


   
Material Requirements a) different frame versions with varying surface elements are
   shown
  b) furthermore, hinged doors, sliding doors and vertical-lift
    doors are available to be also applied to the modular
    system
  c) there are two different types of pillars:
      protection system = pillar with base clamp (type 1 and 2)
      partitioning system = pillar with base plate (type 3)
