The SQ-II ZST (Super quick, rack and pinion) is based on our aluminum profile and a new rack and pinion drive concept.
The force is transmitted from the motor onto a spur gear by means of rack and pinion mounted onto the guide profile. Rack and pinion lubrication by an oil-impregnated felt wheel.
High positioning accuracy, dynamic and nearly unlimited travel are the special characteristics of the SQ-II ZST.

• sizes 40, 40x80, 50, 50x100, 60, 60x120, 80 and 80x160 mm
• linear load transmission by rack and pinion
• designed for greater travel, up to and exceeding 30 m
• travel speed 5 m/s
• guide profile made of profile system,
• rack and pinion lubrication occurs through felt wheel
• adapted for RK standard motors
