Flexibility is an essential
aspect of modern industrial plants: equipment and machinery must
constantly be modified of adapted to customer requirements and
changing market trends. Whenever possible, an industrial plant
should be automated. In most industrial settings there is always a
need for scaffolds and structures; work must be moved on conveyors.
Most conventional structures are made of elements that

modular construction system. A system which allows for easy
installation, easy modification and "off-the-shelf" components.
The Rose+Krieger tube and clamp connection system can
be configured using an infinite variety of sizes, shapes and clamp
fixtures, offering a degree of flexibility that make it beneficial
to virtually all industries. Applications include production
assembly, all areas of material handling, mechanical engineering,
OEM machinery design, the automotive industry as well as highly
sensitive applications like food packaging, beverage and chemical
processing.
Flexibility is not the only advantage of Rose+Krieger's
tube and clamp system. Our clamps allow you to make any mechanical
structure in the shortest amount of time possible, simply by
clamping. The Rose+Krieger tube and clamp connection system offers

The Rose+Krieger tube clamps are a system of elements especially
designed for variable and quick connection of tubes, both round and
square of equal or different sizes. The system is comprised of a
full range of adjustable clamps. Round and square tubing available
in steel, aluminum or stainless steel.

Our standard types are suitable for
precision round and square and steel tubes. Clamping is achieved
by hexagon head bolts, hexagon socket screws or by optional
adjustable handles with replaceable steel threads.
Quad Connection System - Rose+Krieger quad clamps are made
from high quality extruded aluminum. Clamp surfaces are anodized
to provide a very modern appearance to your designs. The
Rose+Krieger quad clamp tube assembly system offers flexibility,
extreme stability, high capacity load bearing and there is no need
for drilling, welding or painting. You can vary the combination of
parts; join in any direction; or extended as far as you like.
Rose+Krieger offers a variety of solutions for any mechanical
building problem whether it be scaffolding, frames or swing arms.
Because square hole configurations work with square tubing as well
as RK Frameworks® assembly system the possibilities
become endless as to what can be built with Rose+Krieger
components. Plus... all the systems are naturally economical,
since all parts are easy to dismantle and re-assemble into
different designs.
RK Stairworks® - The RK Stairworks®
assembly system offers a technically perfect solution for the
installation of rack constructions, partitions, mounting, stairs
and working platforms of any kind for internal and external use.
Totally smooth and flush connections between joints and tubing are
achieved with the use of push-in internal tension mechanisms.
Without any machining, a positive quick connections is made by
tightening one screw.
Tubing - Rose+Krieger offers a substantial tubing
line which includes aluminum, steel and stainless steel for
use with industrial clamps, block clamps, quad clamps and Stairworks®. All are stocked in round and square
metric and inch sizes. Round metric tubing is available from 20mm
to 80mm and square metric tubing from 25mm to 80mm; square inch
tubing form 1" to 2 1/2". Solid steel or chrome bars are also
available in 30mm and 40mm sizes.
